The broken mirror on the right hand side of truck made backing and lane changes extremely difficult. Recommend you fix it. It would not pass an Ohio Highway Patrol safety inspection in this condition.

No one was at the location. I called the man that owned the location and he stated that I was good to go and to take either of the identical trucks on his lot. I decided to use the one that had more than 1/16th of fuel in it due to the fact that I would have to fill it before even reaching my moving location. I used the one with 1/2. I then received phone calls stating that the truck was never picked up, while I was inside the truck. Once I finished moving and brought the truck back, the lot was still empty with no representatives. I called a supervisor who told me to drive around the block and go to his business. I said no, have the representative come to his lot for the U-Haul, that's his job. I couldn't believe I was told that to return the truck I would have to search this small city for the guy. Let's get real. They then tried to tell me that I picked the wrong truck after I was informed to take either by the representative. Remember, one only had 1/16th of fuel. They then attempted to charge me for approximately 4,000 miles after my 7 hours of use. I only put approximately 55 miles on the truck. Overall, this was the worst experience with U-Haul I've ever had and I've used you multiple times. Dealing with this nonsense added hours onto my already long work day. This U-Haul should have been free at the end of the day. I was incredibly angry with the service and lack of professionalism. 4,000 miles? Come on U-Haul. Make this right.

The man at the Willard location was wonderful. Very helpful and explained everything about the truck and how to drive it. Our only issue was U-Haul. They did not have a smaller truck at this location so they were going to send us halfway home to pick one up. Instead we took a much bigger truck. It still worked out for us in the end. I highly recommend this location.

Location was fine. Truck was fine. The guy was great at the location! Too bad uhaul screwed up my entire rental by changing the time and place of pick up, 12 hours before I was supposed to get it. Never again.

Willard has 3 different locations. Please be sure scheduling indicates which one to go to. I'd say 95% satisfaction. Great job!

The gentlemen at this location was very helpful however Uhaul itself was very poor I had to travel 35 miles out of my way in the opposite direction and back to my home with my Uhaul even though I ordered it 11 days ahead of time and then the place I ordered that said they did not have one however when I drove by it there was one sitting out front on top of that I was promised numerous discounts and unlimited miles for this trip and and I hope everything goes okay with this promise or else I'll be very upset. I did not receive any of these discounts yet supposedly I'm going to get them on Tuesday when the representative reaches out to me but as of right now I have heard nothing and nothing was done at the time. I repeat the gentleman at this location was great but it was very unfortunate everything I had to do to get this truck today my move was supposed to be done by 2 I did not finish moving until 8:30 at night.

I was overcharged for insurance I declined online. He had issues with his computer and said he didn’t know why I was being charged extra. I called and was told from Ohio office what the reason was. Trailer tie down ratchets were rusted real bad and I had to live and brush them to work.
