Bring back paper copies of contracts. Phone died in travel and had no means of rental prove. 26 foot truck rides like a tank with iron wheels!!! Great people at Ft Payne! TKS God Bless

Called them they gave attitude for calling. And when I got there they just took keys and no paperwork or anything and was charged extra for some reason I have yet to be told
CHRISTOPHER BYour on line website sucks. When I went to pick up my trailer, there was a bunch of stuff on my order that I did not want. The clerk could not take it off and so I got stuck with the bill. You need to improve your website for folks using a phone.

Tim OI dropped my truck off on Sunday and no one was there. The place was closed. But maybe they're always closed on Sundays. But I stopped back by the next day in the middle of the work day (about 3:30 pm) and they were closed then too.

Christopher WThe following happened to me yesterday. The pickup/drop-off locations and the equipment were fine. But Corporate Uhaul needs to ask what we think of Them! Not just the staff at call centers or pickup locations. It's Corporate Uhaul that has put new rules into place allowing a member of their team to go to a Uhaul location and just take away (steal away) a truck that's already reserved for a customer. They then contact that poor customer and tell them they're going to have to drive a further distance to a different location to get a truck. (They leave out the fact that they actually went and TOOK the truck that was reserved by the customer and was waiting for the customer). As if that's not enough .. Uhaul doesn't compensate the customer for the extra gas money he had to pay to go get the truck at the further location, nor for the gas money spent to get the truck to it's loading destination after pickup. So this customer had to put extra miles on his car to go get the truck at the new further location, pay extra gas money to get there, pay extra gas money to get to the final destination and put extra time put into this! Our time is valuable. If Uhaul needs to take a truck/trailer off one site and take it to another.. that's fine. But why would they take one that's been reserved?! That's Corporate America for you.

Richard NThe back of the uhaul was dirty. It had some sort of detergent about 1/4" thick all over the floor. After leaving with the uhaul had to add 2 quarts of oil to the engine. I called about they told me the oil that needed to go in. Their wasn't any leaks. So I would assume the last time the oil was changed that it didn't get filled to the proper level.

Scott NThis company needs there licenses pulled bc if u pay with a credit card they automatically save ur number and they charge that card daily several times a day I paid my balance in full and rented this tuck for a good probably 2 weeks and paid daily for it when they couldn’t get any more money off my card they then tried to say that it was stolen so can u imagine now on top of moving and now u have to worry about going to jail for them saying u stole there truck when they new exactly where it was at they come right to it after me returning the truck since I couldn’t make it before they closed I left it bc god for bit they said I was trying to steal it again but that was on Friday and we’ll guess what they r still charging my mothers credit card as if I still have it and it was returned on Friday so they need to be REFUNDING my mothers credit card now this is so ridiculous and so un called for so please read and never use this company

The lady at Wynn's was extremely nice and professional. She gave great customer service and would highly recommend this Uhaul center.

TREVOR KIt took 45 min to Check In online . App keep freezing up. May have been internet signal so I'll give you that one. Then it didn't tell my where to take the truck back to so I called they said alpha and omega. I said don't think they are open any more she said it's a dip off. Dropped it off exactly how the app said to but there was no drop box so I called them said 61 min wait time so I clicked for them to call me. Left keys in the truck .. they still haven't called hope they find the keys. I hid them In the truck. Just a very nervous experience

hugh fTruck filthy, both in the cab and bed. Used tissues, paper towels and lots of dirt in the cab. Packing residue and dirt in the rear(bed) of the truck. The hand truck was unusable in the house because of caked mud on the wheels.
BILLY JWynn's is a great place to rent Uhaul equipment from! Enjoyed meeting them.
