Great job they had a perfect truck for the job. Truck was very clean and ran great,best I've ever rented. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! If you give them the time they will find what you need. I will recommend them for future referenceMICHAEL H.
Originally booked our U-Haul about 2 miles from home so we did not have to pay for the extra mileage. 3 days prior to our move we were told the location does not have the U-Haul we need so we had to pick up at a different location much further from our home. The did give us a 50 $credit to help with the difference in mileage cost but they still made us return the U-Haul to the further location so the mileage ended up costing us more than 50 $. The following day after returning the U-Haul and charging us for it, they then charged us another 42 $and we have no idea why because the truck was returned in the same condition we received it in. All around a very poor and stressful moving experience besides the helpful woman who gave us the credit the staff at the U-Haul was not very helpful or friendly.BRAYSON H.

this location lied about the vehicle drop off time - creating another day's charge to us. this vehicle was dropped off on 10/2 at 9:38pm & talked to the owner himself as he lives next door. He verified the gas was on Full as well to have him report a return date & time of 10/3 at 10:27am. I was in church on Sunday at that time, i could not be dropping of that truck. It was picked up on 10/2 at 3:15pm, and returned that very evening, EARLIER than the 10hour window of 1:15am on 10/3. Can't trust a single soul on this earthy.Lana M.
I had to drive an hour and a half away to pick Up my truck at this location. It was VERY far from My house and customer service at the Scranton PA uhaul was DISGUSTING. The guy seemed like he had no interest in helping me at all. When I asked if anything could be done, he replied with â€œdrive an hour and a half And go get the truck otherwise you're not gonna move today.â€ The truck stunk horribly of sweat and smoke I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and things are crazy but I felt that u-haul could have done a lot better.. the only positive thing was drop off. The garage I dropped it off to was in NJ and the guy was super polite and helpful. I'll make sure to go with penske next timeSean Z.

They did not have the equipment we asked for and no one called us to refer us to another site. Pickup took 20 minutes and drop off was confusing also because no one instructed us.Frank S.

This location should not be allowed. there is no one there to assist. There is barely cell service and is a run down building and a house. there a 3 lockboxes on the outside. I paid 110 $. for a few hours for a truck, what a waste. My location was first changed cause of truck availability to a location that would have cost me 72 miles for non-sense travel, I had the location changed back and up-sized the truck (no discount for not having one available) when I arrived , I had no cell service, lady tucked away in her house could not help me- spoke to customer service, truck number was wrong on reservation, once that was cleared, then transferred to another service line to finish and get a lockbox code. Had to then download an APP- (still barely no service, no wi-fi) and a hour and half later got my truck and was able to finally leave this dump on the side of the road. extremely poor service - no customer counter, no building, period! Will deal with Penske in the future.Deborah W.

Horribly dirty establishment, very unprofessional personnel. I literally thought I was pulling up to a vacant business. Don't trust the 5x8 trailer dimensions its actually just over 4 feet inside diameter which completely ruined the opportunity for me to pick up the mower I was using the trailer for. I'll never use uhaul or this establishment again.Bach M.
Did not see the agent at any time. But helper indicated vehicle to use and informed me where to park my car. Mileage and charges were correct on invoice. Location was close for our needs.Michael W.
Had a reservation for a 10am pick up. I was notified at 9:40 am the day of that my van would not be available for pickup until 12:00. The woman was not very apologetic. We were already on our way to go get the van and he made arrangements revolving the time of pickup. Being notified 20 minutes before was a MAJOR inconvenience. I was told that I needed to contact other uhaul locations to see if any other vans were available any sooner but there were none. So, I contacted uhaul customer service and they stated they would take off 50 $from the total for the trouble, but I have yet to receive this money and was charged the full amount for the van. Very frustrating and disappointing experience overall.Laureen B.
We had an incident with our UHaul and I left 6 messages at the location from Friday until Sunday. Never heard back. When I dropped off the vehicle I asked to speak to someone. I was charged an extra 21,19 $ for a mystery "citation-toll" and the "more information" link told me nothing about why it was charged. That link only said extra charges could be made for citations and tolls but did not say anything about where this particular charge originated from. This might not apply to this local dealer, but I don't know who is responsible.Michael Z.
I wanted a furniture dolly. I didnt know there wasn't one until I opened the back door when I got home. I called the number where I picked it up many times with no one to answer. Finally after about 6 phone calls they answered and said they did not have a dolly and I did not charge me for it the would have been nice to have known sooner I was planning on to you to that dollyGary N.

Let them know a head of time this location had a fire and all things associated with this location needs to be on line. I had spend a good 45 min trying to get a code to be able to get the key. When I returned the vehicle was just as bad. We tried to return the van and it wanted us to sign into an account. We tried make an account and it wouldn't let us. Another half hour on hold with national Uhaul. The woman on the phone couldn't help us either. She said she it would have to be done manually. Horrible.KATHARINA D.

U-Haul needs to give better customer service and take the time to move equipment to a more reasonable location for customer pick up. Everything should be an option of round trip or one way. This world is crazy enough without having to drive hours out of ones way! It should be U-Hails responsibility!Debra W.
They gave me a truck that did not work and I had to pay extra to put the car in the traileroscar T.
Was supposed to pick up in beaver meadows but that sight had nothing available. Why allow the reservation then? Drove 45 mins to pick up trailer. Site manager was late so had to wait another 30, no extra supplies on staff so when my new trucks electric input didn't match uhaul didn't have supplies to help which caused another 30 min delay and then uhaul computer systems were down overall causing an extra 3 hours I should not have had to spend at uhaulLuke M.

This van was different from my last van I rented. Not as comfortable to drive. The passenger side chair had pet hair on it. It didn't bother me as long as I was not accused of it. But someone allergic to pets may have had an issue. Otherwise everything was fine. I would definitely rent from them again.Lisa A.

It took almost 3 days to reconcile my final bill. I received a call from U-Haul stating the vehicle was never returned which turned out to be false! I had no proof to dispute the final charge so I let that sleeping dog lie as its simply not worth the hassle as I would be bounced around from local business to the corporate ladder and eventually get no where.Patrick M.

On a 6Ã- 12 trailer there should be a crank style with a mini wheel to install on the ball of a towing hitch. This makes it easier for someone handling it especially if dropping the trailer off or for some reason in a emergency that you would have to un- hitch the trailer. Also a light installed inside the trailer especially ar night. What about a spare tire Incase of a flat tire with a jack and tire wrench.fred M.
