Phone number listed on contract forwards to another number that states voicemail box is full. A note in the window states you have to use the website to return the rental. Very crowded lot, I ended up leaving the dolly on the parkway of a state highway with several others.GREGORY K.

This was the most horrible rental experience of my life. The truck wasnt at the first location, no one bothered to call me. Got transferred to a different location and had to work over an hour on multiple phone calls trying to get access to the truck. We had people sitting at our house for 2 hours while we waited. They were so many cars at the 2nd location that picking up and returning the truck was a pain. I'm not sure If I'd ever use Uhaul again.Robert N.

The wheel straps were bad on the left side when I got home and was unloading the vehicle the trailer came loose from the ball hitch and damaged my truck I was not pleased I had insurance on this does it cover the damage write back to memichael M.
The U-Haul app is horrible! It kept spinning and spinning and spinning. I had to keep retaking pictures like 5-6 times. It took me 40 minutes to â€˜virtually check in'. 40 minutes that were not subtracted from my rental time of 4 hours. My truck did not even initially show up as being â€˜ready' and I was told through a locked door that the facility had to reboot their computer and it would show up in another 10 minutes. Although the truck was immaculately clean I can not recommend U-Haul at this time due to their really SLOW appDanielle B.

Truck shook violently from 40 to 55 mph. Horrible maintenance upkeep. Fuel gauge was metered at full when picked up but was at 7/8 when I arrived. This led me to have to prove to staff by having to take pictures and document it. Customer service is fucking horrible. Was on hold for over an hour on a Saturday. By far the worst experience with uhaul I've ever had.Christopher K.

Location difficult to locate. They were supposed to be open until 7 pm and we arrived to pick up the truck at 4:30pm no one was there we had to do everything over the phone. I was told that the 120 $I had prepaid on line was credited back to my bank and I was charged another 85 $upon pick up because that would save me money I was told. I wanted to return the truck to a Uhaul at my final destination but was told I had to return it to the pick up location which was 43 miles away and I was charged an additional 68 $dollars for the return because of the additional miles. I have nothing in writing on any of these transactions from Uhaul and I haven't received the credit in my bank they promised yet. To date I have been charged a total of 273 $for a 50 mile move. I am very unhappy with how I was treated and if my money isn't back in my bank tomorrow I will be contacting my attorney.Nancy K.
