Staff was extremely hopeful and went above and beyond my expectations.

Jalen GRealizing we rented the trailer on short notice, we were originally told to pick it up at this location. However, the next morning the location had changed via a text on my phone. We went to the location at Ace Hardware in Manhattan, Ks. , showed them the text, and they started looking on their computer. A gentleman named Lem was very helpful but had to ask for assistance and when they looked at it said we needed to pick the trailer up at the above location. When I asked about the updated text, I was was told by the person who assisted Lem that the problem is U-Hauls system and this happens frequently. We then drove to Junction City, Ks., picked up the trailer and were treated very nicely.
Larry Bif you had any issues you just have to call the number, but since we didnt we just put the key in the drop box

Tate ZThe fuel tank was aboutn 1/8 full. The attendant gave me a credit and told me to return it 1/8 full. The contract that I was given and asked to sign without having time to read it said the tank had to be returned 1/4 full. This cost me an extra $15 that I should not have been required to pay it the tank had been full. Also, I had to drive into a congested traffic area and consumed a half hour or more putting in enough gas to get me where I needed to go. Then another 1/2 hour consumed after I as told by the turn in agent that a 1/4 tank was needed. Also, there were not any packing pads or blankets in the truck.
