Guys were cool.... I’m salty cuz I was supposed to pick up in Alsip... I didn’t wanna drive all the way out to this neighborhood, and the truck didn't even have a qtr tank of gas.... then I get charged for going over the mileage.... yeah improve this.... who’s the uhaul competitor?

This was very far out of the way from the original location and cost $60 for an UBER ride to get there. This location was in a very dangerous south Chicago area and I was extremely fearful for my safety.

The person doing the paperwork was very unorganized. He didn't seem like he knew how to operate the computer application. He kept changing the information and had us and himself confused. I felt like something wasn't right. Like something untrustworthy was going on. We leftt feeling very uneasy!

More clear and direct instructions on how to check-in a truck need to be given. Dealer never answers the phone; in need of better lines of communication. I was also over charged on mileage. When I picked up the vehicle, I made the dealer aware that the mileage on the contract did not match the mileage in the truck. He changed the contract and took a picture of it on his phone. However, when he checked-in my truck, he still charged me for the extra mileage. Will never use the location again, it was a nightmare to deal with.

Horrible customer service. The manager “Sam” was rude and obnoxious! I’m being charged a cleaning fee and the truck was clean when I returned it. I asked Sam to come out and check the truck before I left and he refused. Now I’m being charged a cleaning fee! This particular location is a poor represent of U-Haul and are scam artists! Because of my experience with this location I will most likely NEVER use U-Haul again! If this is who U-Haul allows to reperesent their brand, rude scam artists, I will take my business elsewhere!

I consider that the prices are very high just for having dropped a little water inside the truck paying 35 dollars for the cleaning is a lot of money erda something that could be solved with a cloth other than to arrive and only spend a line of gas and charge me On the whole tank I got money. that if I did not use 50 miles they returned money to me I only used 26 miles and they did not give me back anything was to pay only 105 dollars and I ended up paying 200 dollars for extra charges that they never say before I find it an abuse and a big scam

The location originally that I reserved a van at was out of cargo vans so I was sent to this location where I wasn't notified of the change in policy of renting a van, now you need a major credit card due to renting in the "hood" , thief of vecihles etc. I returned my truck when the location was closed received an email stating it was returned a whole day later so I was charged an additional $30.
