The van drove great. There was a problem with the right rear door. It did not close easily. Other wise another fine experience renting from the Mohawk Trail location.Noel C.
Truck had empty cocaine baggie, 1 empty heroin envelope, several small wads of cotton for filtering IV use as well as a syringe cap. Scrap lumber in cargo area. Splatter of some sort on dash and radio. Discussting and grossly unsanitary overall. Poor basic maintenance at the local level.chris C.

I had to walk over a mile in 22Â°f weather to get to the uhaul pickup location because they are not actully picked up at yankee self storage. They are at a different location. Would have been nice to know before my ride dropped me off.jesse M.

The check in process took a bit longer than I think it should. I did the self check in and although the app/online process is quite easy and straightforward it took a while to get approved to leave with the u haul and the app would sometimes lag to check in and log once the u haul is back.Sophie M.

I will never rent from uhaul again! I reserved my equipment for my move a month in advance. They decided to tell me 2 days before my move that they didn't have tow dolly for my car. I wanted a car dolly because my wife had serious surgery and couldn't drive 9hours. So now I have to travel back 9 hours to pick up my car. I paid 751 $which is outrageous for you guys waiting last minute to tell me that you didn't have what I needed.Camden G.
Because my drop off location was entered wrong by uhaul...I did not drop in Brookfield as the record may show. Never been there ever. I did drop of at yankee uhaul 74 Mohawk trail greenfield ma...and they were great.Jonathan H.

The rental for the vehicle (Van) was a very good option for us. The process was easy and the van was all ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. Jess was most helpful with answering questions, as this was the first time we have rented from U-Haul.Rose C.

Van was full of cigarette ash, loose tobacco, cigarette wrappers, dirt and mud. Despite a *no smoking* policy and stickers prohibiting smoking all over the van. Yim allergic!! You'd think they'd at least *try* to clean it. Nope. Disgusting. Asked for different van. Next one was worse. Tank less than full, despite them saying it was full. Cancelled contract. So bad. How possibly in business? Clean your vans!!!! Never had disgusting uhaul before. They had two. Horrible. Terrible. Absolute worst ever.Katharine T.

The inside was not very clean and with the pandemic I expected it to have been wiped down...it also had no windshield wiper fluid in it. That being said..,the van worked well for what we needed and rode comfortablyPeggy S.

Everything was okay, except for the cleanliness of the cargo van-- The inside of the rental van (in both the back AND cab) seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was trash left behind in both parts, cobwebs, and an overall coat of dust/dirt.. I understand the condition won't be perfect, as it is a rental van so there will be scratches and dents, but a basic level of cleanliness is something that most paying customers would ask for (especially during a pandemic!!!!) (However, I also understand times are tough right now, and a lot of employees' hours are cut, etc. so things are more chaotic than usual right now at most places of business.) Again, I know it's not realistic for the van to be sparkling clean, but just for everyone's sake, if it was possible: a quick spray-down of the equipment with some Lysol cleaner (or whatever brand) between customers for the future would be a great idea that could easily solve these issues. Oh well, we are all trying our best, and everything else went okay, it wasn't a bad experience- thankfully I had lots of hand sanitizer with me! Merci.Vincent L.

My contract was for 4 hours but you charged me for one day! You said you would contact me within 48 hours to resolve but still no word. I have the email from Uhaul stating 4 hours at a lower rate than I paid. Please resolve this asapMichael D.
The side door would not open after I began to use it. The back door locked when I was in side the vehicle with no clear way to get out. Service at the Yankee Realtor store was excellent and billing was done well.Ben T.

Rude staff, filthy vehicle. Staff was late to arrive to turn over vehicle and didn't even apologize, was texting while going through sign-in process with me, pricing system was not properly explained so later when I received my invoice I did not know why I was being charged for some things I was not told about. They also parked their own vehicle in such a way that it was extremely difficult to get the Uhaul van I rented out of the parking area. Furthermore, the van was completely disgusting - the floor was covered with dust and debris, and there were still some items that belonged to the previous renter inside, such as empty potato chip bags, dirty socks, and old cardboard. The woman who helped me make the reservation and assisted me with pick-up was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! However, the vehicle was not very well maintained, it was very hard to get the engine to turn over and made some weird sounds while driving. The ramp did not pull out easily and my partner got badly bruised trying to jimmy it out. Fortunately we were able to successfully move all our stuff without the truck breaking down.Julia K.

Beware! This is supposed to be an after-hours drop-off location. After parking the truck I found an old note taped to the door that instructed me to drive the truck to another location to drop it off. This is really rude, and should be unacceptable to U-Haul. There was no way to contact the location, and U-Haul was absolutely no help whatsoever.Michael E.

I ordered an appliance dolly to go pick up washer and dryer. When I got to the place I didn't have one. I was unable to get them. I drove 43 miles in empty truck. to return it . What a waste of my time and money. also I have no washer and dryer. Next time don't confirm unless you have whats ordered. Also I wanted a cargo van which they didnt haveRoxy R.

Have the vehicle I rented on line, at the location the web page said it was at. The Truck had a transmission issue, it wouldn't up shift through the normal progression . and when you touched the brakes the motor over reved up . I'm sure I got horrible MPG due to the bad transmission.Mark B.
