It was very strange and confusing to drop off a return without an employee to receive it and give me a receipt.Lori S.
The man that took my turn in was very rude and impatient. The woman that answers the phone was also rude to me and Christina. These employees lack people skills and was very unprofessional. The office was unrecognizable as a UHaul office neither was there signs that says it's a Uhaul office versus a taxi office. This place should not be open. Very disappointed.ROBERTO O.
Horrible location. Places opens at 0800 but door is locked. Went around the building and found the Yello Cab location...who told me the manager is in a 2 hour meeting and to "just drop it off and I will tell him." I said no, there is a process. I dropped off after hours at this location which is also a yellow cab. A man came out of office and took key from me before I could put in drop box. Again after closed around 10pm. They did not process my return for 6 days and charged me 385 $. The Austin location fixed for me, however, I will not receive the $ back into bank for 6 days! This will put me late on rent and other expenses not paid.AMY DEANNE Y.

We waited outside of the place for 30 minutes. We finally found someone to help us. They did not have a Dolly I order had to go to another location to pick one up that place was up set. The man said we can drop off trailer at any location nope was not the case had to drive all the way back and could not find anyone again. This location is a joke should not be a u-Haul place. Service person greeted us outside and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Also recommended return to a central location (only a few miles further than one I selected) which allowed for savings of about 50 $.Marc I.

Specify where to go, many offices and couldn't find anyone to help. There were also people there trying to drop off. A bit confusing. Gentleman said we could drop off at any location but when we tried the other uhaul place said they would take it but charge us 150 $extra. Went back to yellow cab to drop off and no one was there. Suppose to be there till 9 and left at 6. It was confusing but we were able to figure it out online. Just would have been nice to have an actual person helping us. I love the place they were nice and helpful and made the return very easy and pleasant to me... the only bad thing was the parking space very reduced a lot of cabs parked around and having a 26' and a dolly attached to the back was difficult to park the trucknorberto G.
It would have been very helpful to have had ready and available the blankets that were ordered with the truck at the.location where I was scheduled to pick up the truck and dolley. I had to wait a long time for the guy to look for blankets only to find out that none were on the premises. I then had to drive to the UHAUL place on Austin Highway to pick up blankets. When I got there I had to wait longer until their blanket inventory was taken care of before I got the blankets.celia R.
Office was hard to find, no personnel at entrance, reception was matter of fact almost as if it was a disturbance to return the trailer, no thank you - no acknowledgement that I was a customer at all. I had to ask for a receipt that the trailer had been returned and as he was walking away he turned and said you'll get an email - that will be your receiptJOHN M.

No one was at the location, this was the second location we were sent to and we were promised that it was open over the phone so I had to unhook the trailer myself and move it to a spot out of the travel lane. For someone who just spent nearly 1 100 $at your company between installing my hitch and then renting one of your trailers I was treated quite poorly and the incompetence of your customer service team on the phone cost me an extra 2 hours of my day when I had other things plannedJacob H.
