Make sure to tell customer if they are doing online return to do it on site due to geolocation. Admittedly, I should have read the directions regarding this so it is not the fault of the agent. I did not receive the moving blankets I ordered. The gas tank was underfilled and not at the line shown in the contract which I was not shown until after it was sent to me by email. Which was after I had already driven the vehicle off the lot. I had to drive a total of four additional hours due to inventory availability. Not a problem except I only found out a day before the scheduled move and rental. For most people that would complicate the move or derail their entire moving plan. That's not a small deal. Additionally I noticed a huge lack of locations that serve on the weekend utilized by uhaul. Isn't that when most people move? Maybe Im just crazy. This ment I had to pick up the truck a day early. Where I also could not just grab the keys early and leave the vehicle on the lot till I needed it. So I had to park it somewhere that was okay overnight and walk back to my car in this terrible windy and cold weather. Just a hugely complicated mess for what should have been a simple move. Myself. My kids. My kids kids; will never use this company to schedule a move after this experience. Ill make sure of that.Dylan T.

You could, but I doubt you will, ensure that you have a truck that was booked a month in advance in a close and convenient pick up location, I lost a packing day because I had to travel 6 hours round trip to pick up my truck, you could, but probably won't, compensate the client when they are grossly inconvenienced in that type of situation. Extra fuel costs and the added cost of renting a trailer to haul my personal vehicle back to Winnipeg. You could, but probably won't give your dealers more leeway when it comes to serving your trailers to ensure they are road worthy, the trailer I picked up had signal lights that didn't work, easy fix right? Dealer waited on the phone for over an hour trying to get authorization to fix the trailer, at that point I had enough! I took the trailer st risk of traffic infractions or the possibility of an accident due to faulty signal lights. I drove 3 hrs one way to pick up junk that wasn't ready for me. The only reason I used your equipment is because you are the only company that does cross border rentals and you know this and that gives you the power to say â€œmeh, if you don't like it go somewhere else'â€ you fix this stuff but you probably won'tCOREY M.
