You fools made me pick up a demolition derby used uhaul in the ghetto, and it didn't come with a dolly that I requested. The workers were nice, but their internet was down so it took me a half hour to check in and an hour to check out because there is no cell phone service in the hell hole you made me pick up from.Tyler M.

I paid for an appliance dolly. There was no dolly on the truck. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes then sent to another location, which was out the way from my move. I was compensated $8,82 cent for the additional mileage. However, I was unable to get the time wasted back. I called to extend my rental. The representative told me it would be an additional $69.95, even though I paid $88. Finally, I was able to speak with a different representative who extended my time for free due to the inconveniences.Andrea W.
We were very frustrated. Uhaul changed our pick-up location the day before the move, which changed our pick-up time, which meant we had to change all of our plans. I was told that it was bc our original location did not have any of the size of truck we needed. The day of, we drove by our original location and they had 8 of the correct size of trucks. I very much doubt all 8 of them were reserved. I made my reservation one month before the move date.Jill R.
I have two complaints. The first: I was quoted one price and charged something entirely different. I do have to give them credit for trying to make it right. The man who assisted me said the computer would not allow him to change the information. In the end, I was credited the additional fee. Secondly, you need some type of step, for short people, to assist them in getting into the vehicle. Both of us were under 5'3" and had quite a time climbing up into the cab.Cheryl B.

By far worst experience. Next time I will just go to an actual U-Haul Location. I reserved a 15ft truck bright and earlier for 9am pick up through the app.... 2,5 hours later I get a call from Ruth and she said they don't have any available today or until 4:30pm.... Obviously that wasn't going to work so I settled for a 10ft truck (that's all was available) that was 22 additional miles out of my range at some random shop. So I had to pay extra for U-Hauls inconvenience! No cool at all. She gave me $0,1 discount on mileage for the fiasco but they didn't really help considering it was an extra $20-$25 I had to unwillingly spend.... we had to make multi trips so to the small truck we had no choice but to use.... also, I waited 30 mins while Ruth's system was down. The keys weren't even in the lock box I had to go in to the shop wait 10-15 mins for someone to come out and ask for the keys....Anthony V.
We had ordered an appliance dolly as well as three sets of blankets. We had to go to the Maple Street location for these items. Also, we did not get credit for returning the truck 24 hours early from its due date and time.Julie E.

I would not recommend getting a such a large Uhaul from a very highly trafficked area in Omaha. They did not have a very large spot to store the Uhaul and the towing. It was hard to get out of there lot because traffic was so busy and we had such a large truck. If it were a small truck then I would recommend them. They also didn't have my utility dolly that I paid for but did not receive and I also didn't get reimbursed on it.BOBBI JO C M.
I requested a 17' truck and I got a 15' truck. If the 17' truck was not avaliable I should have been told before I got there to rent it.Shannon S.
