My problem was not with the location, but with Uhaul itself. I reserved a GUARANTEED 26 ft Uhaul for Saturday November 8th. I arrivedat the location in Orange TX. (Storage Depot) and the Uhaul was not available. She explained to me that someone had it rented for 2 days but whoever made the reservation only put it four one and put in the notes that he would bring it back Sunday. So basically, he got a free day and i got screwed. I asked Uhaul about the "we give you $50 if your Uhaul is not available!" But they said since I had already made another reservation elsewhere (30 minutes both ways, out of my way. Which also added to my mileage fee) they could not do that for me. I find that ridiculous. I was screwed out of money for someone elses mistake. So, no. I will not recommend Uhaul to a friend.

The guy was very rude and unprofessional! Nothing was wrong with the Uhaul itself, but I definitely won't be back to rent from this place and I will NEVER recommend anyone to get anything from them.

I only had one refection that was uncomfortable with the business with uhaul and not the company leasing your uhaul products....it is when I t h ought I locked the keys in the truck....uhaul wouldnt pay for a lock Smith. It should be covered u der the insurances I took out on the rental while in my chain of custody. What's up withthis?

Absolutely amazing and above and beyond professionalism and customer service. At first it catches you off guard, but he is consistent throughout and you even see him handle multiple people without missing a beat, all the while maintaining this exceedingly high level of service. (I'm not speaking hyperbolic)

Originally I was set up for self check out on the app. I found the app difficult the chat option no one responded for 15 min. I never did get a response. After 15 min Mr young who had already offered to help did override to move pass the “verfy” information stage. Not sure why I pre registered the day earlier if the system waits until you pick up to verify and authorize. I appreciate Mr Young’s Services and for going out of his way to assist me to expedite my rental. I will not recommend the app check out to anyone but will recommend Young’s Tobacco and U Haul to anyone who needs rental moving equipment.

Great local family business, Google said they where open and it was actually closed we called the number and in five minutes someone was there to help us. Defiantly recommended

One gate pin on the trailer was slightly bent. It still functions properly, but takes a little force to remove. Consider replacing or straightening gate pin so future customers don’t risk hand injury trying to remove pin from gate keeper hole.
