Just need to have hitch/ball to be able to rent out. None there when I rented the trailer.

When returning the truck another van was stuck resulting in not being able to get my personal vehicle out of the lot. The person working the counter said well good luck call road side if you need help. Very disappointed.

Robert L.the gentleman's customer service skills we sub par at best, he was rude, when he had to get out of his chair for something he was annoyed, my rental time was supposed to be until 8:30 pm however he said i would have to have it back by 4pm or i would be charged for a second day, i was dissatisfied with his service. hence why i was putting off picking up my refund, I hope to never have to deal with said employee again.

Cynthia M.I feel like i was overcharged for my gas usage but we are talking $5 or less here(only drove 10 miles). The inside of the windshield was pretty dirty, someone did wipe it they just didnt do a very good job. However it was only visible in bright sun and didnt affect visibility. Neighborhood location was perfect for me and I was overall very satisfied.

Later I was charged an additional $15 dollars for “cleaning†and was not informed or consulted about it. The unit looked EXACTLY the same as it did when I picked it up. Seems like a scam to me. Also, tried to contact the operator several times by phone and was unsuccessful. I will never use this location again and was VERY unsatisfied with the extra charges and lack of professionalism.

But the customers seem extremely rude, not considering the problems they create for the next person. I only hope they are charged when they hold up other people when they're late, don't drop key off or not take lock off and then refuse to give staff combination # so next customer can get going.

Hossein B.I was incredibly disappointed for the extra day charge for returning the trailer “lateâ€. When I picked it up the uhaul rep confirmed my return time and he did not indicate that since it was after they closed I would be incurring an extra day charge. Given that it would still be available first thing the next morning to whoever had booked it I don't feel the charge is valid. If I had returned it right at the end of the day then it would be available the next day exactly as it was for the time I returned it.
