A system outage prevented me from gaining access to U-Haul. The outage caused a lot of issues for me. I called multiple times and needed to reschedule for the next morning. Although Your Space Storage could not control this outage, we received nothing for the inconvenience.

Rita WTHIS IS MY GO TO LOCATION. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. TIS IS FOR THIS PARTCULAR VISIT ONLY 11/1/23. THE GAS NEEDLE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. IT CAUSED ME TO PUT $58,22 WORTH OF GAS IN THE VEHICLE DC 2160G FOR A 75 MILE TRIP. I TOOK THE VEHICLE OUT AT HALF TANK. I PROCEEDEDTO RETURNED THE USED GAS.. AFTER 4 TRIES OF TURNING THE VEHICLE ON AND OFF AND WAITING FOR IT TO RECALIBRATE, IT FINALLY DECIDES TO JUMP TO THE FULL POSITION. I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS UNFAIR. 75 MILES DOESN'T COST WHAT WAS PAID IN GAS AND THE CHARGE FOR MILEAGE. GAS WAS $3.19. 18,2 GALLONS PURCHASED. SOMETHING IS WRONG. MELINDA MOODY 443.386.0202. Devon BThe U-Haul staff, Ebony, was very nice. However, she did not know how to explain all the upfront costs to rent the truck. But, we talked it through. Overall the experience with Ebony was great. Regarding the truck itself, it was horrible! The key did not turn on multiple occasions in the ignition! The emergency brake rod was bent up. And, the window handle to lower the driver side window was broken off. Last, the truck's gas opener is obsolete for the new gas pumps that cuts off if the pump ideas not fully cover the opener and keep in the fumes. The pump kept stopping and it was extremely hard to replace the gas. Overall, a terrible U-Haul experience.
Kevin SI had the worst experience. I alerted the staff to some warnings on the dashboard and they assured me it was fine to drive the truck. Once I unloaded and was going to return the truck it wouldn't start. The battery was completely dead. I then had to wait just under 2 hours for roadside assistance to arrive. They took at least 25 minutes to simply replace the battery. Bad experience all around. I definitely will NEVER return and will tell all my friends and family not to patronize.

Kaki BFirst Truck hadn't been cleaned, literally had trash and roaches in it. Significant tree damage all over truck as well. Second truck hadn't been cleaned but at least the back was empty, never got a new Pre Check text, once loaded the back right tire was obviously very low on air. Uhaul App location did not work for self return after hours. Had to extend rental and pay for another day. Finally came in well under estimated mileage still haven't been reimbursed.

Eugene WIf someone is placed on phone hold, try not to forget them. If the customer has to find the rental vehicle on their own, at least know where the equipment located and where the vehicles identifiers are located to make it easier for the customer to ID the proper vehicle.
WILLIAM DYou don't need to improve at all because the staff is very polite and friendly. Even when the young lady was getting my paperwork together it was another lady that who worked there came in and greeted me with a smile. This is maybe the 4th time that i have rented a truck from the location on Rolling Rd and i haven't had anything but good praise for that location.
