The staff was rude and did not have any answers to my questions. Because I did self service she kept telling me I had to call the uhaul 1800 number. She couldnt even give me the keys to the truck once I showed her my online registration was complete and it stated for me to walk in the office for the keys. Very unprofessional on her part. She even had me open the truck and check everything myself she didnt even leave the office. When I told her i paid for a dolly she kept telling me we dont have any and I had to call for a refund she didnt even check the computer or they to help.ILIANA V.

Showed up to pick up my uhaul that I had booked for 9 AM, woman there seemed like somebody had just told her to sit there just to be a present person, she didn't know I was coming, she did not know how to do anything, she kept saying it was her first time doing everything but it seemed like she didn't know the system at all, like I would think they would train their people at least the basics like what to do if someone needs to pick up a truck they had reserved, but she didn't even know how to refresh the page on the laptop. She kept having me give her the same information over and over again, then had to keep calling someone who I assume is the manager to help her, finally the woman she was calling had to come to the store just to get it done, but didn't offer any sort of apology. Then they made me move my car across the street to another business because I couldn't keep it there for the 3 hours I was going to be moving. It took almost a hour after arriving to leave with the uhaul truck. I was late meeting the movers and they almost left. It was a ridiculous and frustrating experience and I'll never use this location again, possibly any uhaul.KRISTOPHER H.

Samantha was above & beyond. From the service, too her showing us storage units, too getting us in & out. She was super friendly everytime spoke with her on the phone & in person. Based on the first experience with her we didn't even decide too shop around too other storage facilities her kindness & awesome customer service told us we didn't need too go looking anywhere else! If she hasn't had a raise in awhile she deserves one...Seriously! Customer service is EVERYTHING & if that is #1 word of mouth can spread like wildfire, so Ty Samantha! There was no dolly. I did not know or was not told I needed to request one separate from the rental of the truck. I have always rented from u-haul but at another location. Usually, they are strapped in the truck. Other than that the customer service was great.SANDRA B.

The instructions on how to properly return a Truck AFTER business hours is very intensive and no good for a senior unused to the fine points of a smart phone. I did not know how to navigate out of the webpage for uhaul.com in order to take photos in such a way as too be able to return to that webpage and to upload those photos and the staff seemed unwilling to teach me at the outset.Richard N.

Hard to return the vehicle because it only had 4 parking spots available and they were full. Had to wait until attendant moved it into the storage area. Could not check me in, even though I was a day early because of new U-haul procedures. Checked in this morning but I was charged for 2 extra miles, I had to drive around and wait so I could park since the lot was full.Alfredo G.

The location is hard to fine. This is a place that has storage units and the Uhaul sign had fallen and was not very visible. Parking in the front is small and my truck almost did not fit. My ride had to park next door. Once I got the truck through the gate and on the lot, the staff there was EXCELLENT. Just not easy to fine.DUANE S.

The reason I am stating this is the issue I had with the vehicle. The driver door weather seal and door did not seal or close correctly. I had to listen to wind noise, as I had a window open, the whole drive from Texas City to San Antonio. Worst trip ever in a rental vehicle.Jose S.

I had ordered moving blankets when I reserved the moving truck, but they were not available at this location. I had to go to a different U-Haul location to pick them up. Not a deal-breaker, but not convenient either.Kenneth H.

Not greeted upon arrival by Chris. He sat behind the desk and worked on the computer for seven minutes and 23 seconds before acknowledging me. I was standing in front of him and the storage customer was in and out of the office. Parking was four spaces in front of rhe office.Paul A.

The only thing that I can recommend is that you tell the client how many miles per galons does the trucks do WITH A FULL LOAD. That way, your clients can make a realistic estimate of how much he/she is gonna spend in gas or diesel for the trip.MARITZA M.

The truck was given to me with less than a quarter tank of gas and the check eng maintenance light that came on and was ignored. Truck out of alignment and pulled hard when braking. Brought back early because I didn't trust using it in because of engine maintenance. Very poor maintenance truck should never berented in the condition it is in.Chris H.
I ordered a 17 foot truck and apparently Uhaul Online had a glitch and I got a 10 foot truck. Which made my move HELL. I had to hire ANOTHER moving company to finish my move. I could have hired them in the first place instead of going through Uhaul It was literally the same price. Also I shouldn't rent a vehicle that has a check engine light on. Get that fixed.Erin I.
Nothing really wrong with the location or the person. It was a little trailer only one person working she did was hustling. Whatever system she has access to did not have the correct information. So we had to call the corporate.Martin P.
I rented a Uhaul 8/5/2017, to move my furniture from my apartment to my storage. From this place to my apartment, from my apartment to my storage, and from my storage back to the uhaul place, was approximately 5,4 miles. I did this on purpose so that little mileage would be used. I paid for the Uhaul and the 5 miles and went on my way. When I returned the Uhaul, the rep wasn't there. Per his instructions, I parked the Uhaul outside and put the Keys through the slot of the door to the main office. Here is the thing. My final receipt showed 105 miles driven and a charge of 93 $!! I picked up the truck at 9:30am and returned it close to 12pm. How did I load and unload, and travel 105 miles in 2,5 hours???? The guy already had the gas level wrong, was the mileage wrong too??? This so upsetting to me when I trust that everything is taken care of correctly only to be charged for miles I didn't drive. This needs to be resolved ASAP!Angela O.

I have been over charged and was told I have to wait three business days by customer service for a manager to contact me with a resolution. I used the rental ONE day but got charged for THREE. I tried looking for the drop box to leave the key and could not find it any where. I just want this resolved since my bank account has now been overdrawn. It also shouldn't take three business days to receive a call back from a manager. I've tried calling the location where I rented it from and they do not answer. I've been calling since Saturday.... I hope this is taken seriously. I'll be sure to let friends and family know of this catastrophe as wellRaymond Joseph F.
I booked the appointment online to pick up at 1:30pm on Saturday. I even called to confirm availability of the rental and spoke to an associate. He confirmed that my request had been received. I even checked in online to speed up waiting period. I arrived promptly at 1:30 only to see a sign on the door staying they were closed until 2:15 for lunch. 45 minutes I waited from the appointment reservation. When they finally returned from lunch, I learned that the rental that I reserved was not even in their possession. The truck was was still in the previous renters possession. An hour went until I could get the truck. I feel it was not very professional the way appointment setting and truck availability was handled especially when there are time constraints. I've used uhaul on previous occasions and have never had a problem. I will not be returning to that location and would not recommend it. I hope the issues there get resolved as it makes the moving process more difficult and defeats uhauls service mission to its loyal customers. Thank you, LauroLauro T.
