They are really bad about answering the phone I believe they need 2 people working. had to set outside to get inside no bell to ring!

andy vGet rid of the useless paperwork fee. A lot of places do this for absolutely no reason other than to squeeze another dime out of their customers and it's very off putting. On a different note, your employee Keisha was AWESOME. She took care of exactly what I needed and was all smiles the entire way. Definitely made me feel welcome and explained everything to me in a quick and concise way!

Vallet TThe truck was very dirty and rusty. There was no lock for the back. If I was in an unsafe neighborhood, I would have worried about all my belongings. The staff were awesome and considerate. They made sure I got the best rate and asked a lot of questions. However, the place I picked the boxes up from (W. 34th) was HORRIBLE! The staff were unprofessional, inconsiderate, inattentive, rude, and a poor representation of the company. I would never go back there. Almost a 30 min wait to pick up 4 prepaid boxes????

Ron BI don't like the fact that when you go to pick up location and the person does not check off inspection before and after also they just give you the keys so Im sure when you drop off they will charge you with all this non sense

Ramon MIssues with billing/charges and truck. The woman who helped me was the only good part of this experience as she was so kind, but she could only do so much.
CORA CThe lady at the desk was lazy and didn't want to do anything. She then lied about the system "not working" and wanted me to check the U-Haul in myself when I made sure to make it before closing so it could be done properly. When I didn't say anything and was going to wait on it to work it magically and immediately began working. The U-Haul had mud in it it wasn't crazy but it did,
AUTYANA HThey are really nice and even let me put some paperbox at their dumpster which is very considerate. I will give them 5 star.
XIN PI will be disputing the charge to my credit card for the initial rental of $163. The batter died so I was stuck with a full truck and couldn't go anywhere. I will not be paying the full amount for this truck due to the 3 hours it took to get the truck started loosing the only 2 people I had helping due to them needing to go to work.
