Everyone in the location needs to be trained on how to use the Uhaul system. The truck I rented on Saturday and turned in Sunday, didn't get checked in until Tuesday.

Took hour to rent truck standing waiting they need to credit 3.00 said I'm over on miles,I don't see how I rented one day sooner three days turned truck dolly in sunday.evening should credit the 3.00 I'm very upset I know milage wasn't over took all back roads here .please don't run on my card as now I'm overdrafted due to rental I was quoted on line was wrong.two insurance they took out and I did not need on my account what over drafted my checking account.keep paper work do not run 3.00 to my account I will come in pay it with cash.but can't over draft my account again.please thank you.two insurances you charged me was not right.all I needed was the one insurance.16.00 insurance.

U-HAUL was horrible to deal with. We reserved at one location and U-Haul did not make sure to let us know that they changed the reservation to ANOTHER city. I e went to the place we reserved our order originally only to be told that our reservation was moved about 20-30 miles away. We went the other place that U-Haul transferred us to and that place was CLOSED. We called the person that should have been there for our reservation at 12 pm only to be told that they were closed. He lied to us and said that he had tried to call us that morning. No one called us and there was not a voice mail left either. Thank you U-Haul for wasting half of our day with your nonsense and lack of communication. For anyone reading this, the location in South Bay sucks and lied to us telling us that they called. Why does U-Haul make reservations if the business decides to not be open for the day? Ridiculous!! By the way, there was a much closer U-Haul about 2 miles from the original location buy U-Haul did not care about us and decided to change the reservation to another city about 20 something miles away. ??

Never got contract for rental nor informed of mileage rate also we I went To return truck it was no open had no Info on time it would open.was charged For truck 19.95 + tax insurance & for 78 Miles at .79 cents I would like to know if Total was $106.00

If you drop off at this location you need to be able to speak and understand Spanish. If not, you won't do too well in communicating with them.
