The location was secure and convenient. Dan was awesome! He walked me through every step and was very professional and helpful. He provided his contact information and was available when I needed assistance.

Do what you say you're going to do on the contract truck and trailer was not in the same location as stated. I was charge for additional miles. I didn't use.

This location was good but I ended up having to come here because the original location 2040 Scenic Hwy in Snellville did not have the key in the box. This was very frustrating after driving 2 hours to pick up the U-Haul.

We had a reservation at another location. The person who had the truck before us did not return it, so our reservation was canceled by U-Haul. We did not receive any communication that the truck was not available and our reservation canceled. We were sent to the Exxon location to pick up a truck. We were never sent the lockbox code and had to call customer service. The customer service rep was very helpful, but this ordeal took over an hour to get the lockbox code. This is the second time something like this has happened. We will not use U-Haul again. Extremely dissatisfied

I was supposed to have a dolly that I didn't get. After the mix up I was sent to a closed location to get one. Obviously that didn't happen. I had to spend $160 to buy my own

Keys were not in lockbox, The automated system was very cumbersome and overly un-user friendly.

Go back to having uhaul stores with real people working there. And your website or app SHOULD NOT allow you to reserve something that isn't available at that location. YOU TOOK MONEY FROM ME FOR ITEMS I DID NOT GET TO USE! That is bad business!!! Checking in and out on your App is a complete pain in the ass. Go back to hiring actual people who can answer your questions. I tried to call customer service at the moment I was picking up the uhaul and the wait time was "61" minutes to tell them that the location did not have what I reserved. I tried to call customer service AGAIN the following day when I returned the truck and the hold time was 56 minutes. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL and bad bad business. I dont care where I move to, I will NEVER rent from uhaul again! Inconvenient and an awful experience!! Keep in mind, when families are moving, they are busy, stressed out people. Tha last thing they need is to rent a truck "FROM AN APP" that doesn't work, and no access to a human to help trouble shoot problems. My hold time to the 24/7 app people was 43 minutes WHILE SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT waiting to get the key for the stupid truck. Awful! Awful all the way around. Never again!

We had to wait for over an hour to pick up the rental because the girl couldn't find to key to the truck that was sitting on the counter the whole time. The I was on hold with customer service for an hour before I hung up with no help. Finally got someone online with chat.

I reserved the truck on May 28 to pickup the truck at 8am at 1290 Pleasant Hill rd in Lawrenceville GA on the12th of June going to Ellenwood GA one way. When I went to pick up the truck none was available. So they sent me to Loganville GA to pickup the truck I needed and gave me 50 miles, which I appreciate. Yet, this placed me and my family out of time. I had to add extra gas to my car and the truck because it's further from where I was moving to, and it costs 3 extra hours out my planned schedule. We missed the refrigerator delivery and by time we got the truck unloaded we had to add an extra day. This is unacceptable!

The location was not prepared for the issues that we came across when picking up the truck. We checked out online, but apparently the information wasn't tracked all the way through in the system. The person working was not able to see that we had checked out and the devices she used were not working in order to try and help us. Our check in time was 11 am and we arrived 10 minutes before. We did not leave the store until after 12 pm.

Both of the cashiers have any ideas on the renting process. They both took about 1 hour each to pickup and drop-off process. It was horrible and regret why I use this location. Both of them have to make few call to another person that walked them through the process.

They didn't know how to start the rental and took forever even after I've been sent to 2 other locations and no one was at the locations! Cause me to miss my appointment and had to reschedule and come all the way back up from a 2 and a half four trip!

Found it a little bit odd to find a U-Haul U-Haul location inside a day gas station but other than that it it was fantastic

I went thru hell to get this truck. I reserved my truck in Tucker ga. I went to pick it up only to find that the previous renter dropped it at the jimmy carter location. I went to that location and was told it wasn't there. I was sent to a location in Atlanta only to find it doesn't exist. 3 hours later, the location in Snellville found me a truck in Loganville. I will not be renting from you again

This was an easy pick up and return. Since the location is at a gas station, I could easily replace the gas before turning it in. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is the third location I was sent to. My reserved truck for 10am was not available I had to wait to 5:30pm

100 % best place I've picked up any rental before. They are so friendly and helpful. I will always pick up from here.

A bit out of the way, but wide open, easy to park and fuel. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on rental process.
