With the U-Haul app, it said location unavailable could not retrieve a code for the lockbox. Also had no idea where the lockbox was to get the key for the U-Haul.

They did not know I was coming and at first did not want to accept the trailer. Eventually, told me to drop it off in the back.

The pick up location had nothing to do with me picking up the truck! The problem was the APP. We spent 35 minutes getting the truck with help from an online customers service!!! It was very stressful to say the least!!! Fix your APP.. Thank you..

Give us a truck with no gas dead battery. Started off the dealer had to jump start it. Every time we stopped had to be jump.started. U haul co. Sent someone with a new battery .IT FIRED RIGHT UP.

Can't say. Had to change trucks so they might not have had a chance to clean it. That location wasn't bad. U-Haul corporate has been terrible.

The person who was there when I returned the truck did not know how to check it in. He simply had me leave the keys and said, "You're good." Sorry, no. I like to have the truck checked in and be told what my final total will be.

Went to pick up the truck at 10am like it was scheduled for and nobody was there. There were 4 other people waiting for a truck as well. I didn't get the truck till closer to 11am. This was after being scheduled at another location at 8am that I called and confirmed the pickup date and time. This second location was after I booked online at another location and was told a couple hours later that this location had no more trucks. So I went from starting at 8am to move till not getting started till almost noon. I lost two people helping me move and had to move most of my items alone due to all of these mix ups.

First of all walking into zains was FULL of smoke due to the dude sitting at the desk smoking a hookah indoors. Next he was extremely rude. Finally I was in Ohio due to my father dying and needing a trailer to remove some items from the property. I was told by the zains owner I was ALLOWED to pay for my equipment and pick it up the following day due to having an issue with my hitch that was being fixed by a professional. I was then called the next morning and told I'd I didn't pick it up in 30 minutes my contract would be canceled because he had to "leave for Vegas in 3 hours". This dude was the definition of an asshole and represented Uhaul. I will use other companies from now on.

It is difficult to find the location. Plus, an attendant came to the location to just simply sit in his car and wait for our arrival. We saw the transport in the back, but all the doors were locked. Why could not pick up the transport at a location 5 minutes from our home that was open? I would have been nervous picking up this transport by myself. Thank goodness my husband was with me.

Attendent was 1/2 hour late opening up store, offered no apology and was on a personal call the entire time while trying to complete paperwork. Never sent me a final invoice. Had to pay my movers for delay time. Very unpleasant experience.

It was close by. When I pulled up it would have been nice to have someone come te me where to park, nothing marked at tire place Guy inside sitting under a counter on personal phone. Said I would get a receipt on phone.Real people who care.

General U-haul customer service number is ridiculous. Tried to call twice and was placed on hold, once for 30 minutes. In either case, no live person answered the phone. Thank goodness for chat. I was able to get a local number for scheduling dispatcher.

Make sure the location have the equipment we reserve so we dont prepare for something then have to revaluate our situation.

The truck was not inspected at this location and then had the nerve to charge me for missing/damaged property of which there was none.
