KWADWO FI suppose to pick up the truck at 9 am. The location open at 9:15am, when i went inside to pick up the truck, the guy at counter said the truck will be here in 30 min. After 45 min a guy the owner of place showed up and tell the truck is ready. I parked my car infront of the truck and no one show up with new truck, so the guy lied because he has the key but show up late. So depressed because I paid for helpers one hour out of my pocket for just waiting, definitely not renting from this location any more

Keith TWasher fluid was low, tire pressures on both front tires were low, no parking, after asking for another place to park thinking there may have been more parking in the park, the owner said that I would need to wait, I have movers waiting on me so this was frustrating. A littlle while after the owner did move the truck for me to I can park my car and carry on. Upon return, the app was not working at first so that was a bit frustrating as well.

Zainab MOwner seems to have too much going on and make the customer wait while taken care of the automotive aspect of the business. I stood waiting for to pick up my rental for over 20 minutes while the owner had a conversation with the automotive manager. U-Haul customer doesn't seem to be a priority for this establishments.

nathan bI arrived at the U-Haul location at 9am. The employees did not arrive until 9:10am. I had a plane to catch and fortunately I was not late. The U-Haul receipt said I was missing 18 pads. They charged me $106. I only picked up 18 and asked the facility in Phoenix to note it in my account because I didn't need that many. I had an issue at pickup so I'm not surprised. This is the worst U-Haul experience I have had. I have been using them for my business for years.

DeMarcus CEnsure trucks start correctly before giving to customer. The truck I rented required the key to be turned 5+ times to turn on. Ensure that you are not trying to cancel customers booking just because two customers have similar last names. My booking was almost cancelled because the person at the location thought "my husband" booked at the same time as me. I had no idea who this other person was & I received 3 calls about my booking& there was too much confusion about Michael Sanchez booking, even though my name is Erica & I clearly told them I had no idea who micheal was& to leave my booking alone. I brought the van back ahead of schedule & was refused a paper check out and told instead I had to wait for my email check out after they inspected the rental truck. I was also overcharged. My emailed receipt is 95$ and my bank account shows a 110$ charge and I received no correspondence about why. I returned the truck early & full of gas with no trash left inside & no damage.
Erica sThe odometer on the 10' truck read in tenths of a mile and I was charged for 11 miles instead of 1,1 miles. This problem needs to be addressed and corrected.

Paul BI was not satisfied with my overall experience. I got to the place I ordered my truck and there was not one available and had to go to another location and wait for them to open. The "helpers" I ordered and PAID for did not show up.

Charles ZI had a reservation to get my u haul at 9 when I showed up I was told the guy who rents them wasn't there yet. He eventually showed up at 9:30 then had to go out and inspect all the vehicles in the parking lot which took another 30 minutes. I got my vehicle after 10. When I went to put my first load into the truck there was broken glass all over the truck that I had to clean out before I was able to load. After loading I was driving the truck which felt like the truck wasn't shifting gears correctly. Overall a very bad experience
Cory MAbsolutely nothing to improve on. It was quick, the gentleman at the front desk was clear about everything, friendly and welcoming. If I'm in that area again and need a rental, I will definitely return back to them.

Prasad KWhen I returned the vehicle I filled the tank where it was given to me as instructed. When I got the bill there was a $7,52 tack on for gas charge even though I had filled the tank back to where it was at. I hate that kind of petty dealings that get you for a small amount just because they are geedy. I will never go there again.
Samuel DThe vehicle was extremely dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned inside or out. This location charged me for over 500 miles of driving when I only drove just over 100 miles. I'm still waiting for a response to the email I sent regarding the over charge 10 days ago. I would never rent from this location again and would not recommend.
Jason OFirst off don't lie about the total cost of the rental which happened to me miles over was told to me @ 0,19 cents per mile which end up being $1 per mile I fill the tank up more than asked and didn't receive no credit for it only to be charged more money so yes I am very upset with U-Haul and I will not be referring anyone to this location in Houston Texas negative my rental of $535 went to $770 not to happy about this at all will be filing a complaint with corporate.
LAMONTE BThe return process wasn't explained well. He told us to take a picture of the odometer and fuel. We did and noticed when trying to do the return process you have to be in the app to take the picture,but we had already returned the keys. So we weren't able to upload the pictures we took.
