This location is a smaller one, but they had my rental ready to go when I arrived. Friendly and prompt service.

I had a terrible experience. First they moved my picked up location because they didn't have the truck anymore. Then I went to second they sent me to and the person who was supposed to give me the keys was not there and no one who where he was so I had to go another location. I order a 20 in truck and there was none already and I had to get a 15in and had to make multiple trips

I purchased a $10 appliance dolly which when arriving to the pick up location, the store did not have. Then I asked for a regular dolly for $7 and they did not have that either. And to top it off, the truck did not have any working AC. Overall experience was extremely poor.

For me it was not good, the last time I got a truck it was a good experience but this was not good at all, I was hot and it was nothing the company could do to help me solve my problem and I was able to even get another truck and I was very hot, and couldn't get a discount. The location computer was down so I had to do it from my phone, but the whole experience was bad for me and I was not happy at all. The truck had bugs in it, and I would have had to do the whole process all over and move a different day so it was a inconvenience to me and I did not like it, for the 117, I paid, I should have been treated better.

There was a little confusion on the return location but other than that, all my questions were answered while we were helped.
