U-Haul they use a car dealership to drop off when less than a mile you have a U- Haul Center ?!?!. Any way I end up there to resolve charges not ok by ? Customer service on this location poor.

I was told it would be unattended but was helped by someone and that was appreciated. In general I think it is poor customer service to be turned away from the Uhaul Center in Ft. Pierce. The car behind me was turned away too. I think the staff at the Uhaul Center in Ft. Pierce just did not want to move the trailers around. I will try not to use Uhaul in the future because of this (after a log grueling drive and unloading). The help from the Z&R guy was the only positive thing about the drop off.

The place was a mess. There was no safe drop box into which I could drop the keys for the truck. No one answered the phone when I tried to ask for guidance on what to do with the keys for the truck.

Person at return location was rude and not helpful. I was charged a fee because the return was an HOUR late, which I will take up directly. However, the person doing the return could not explain it, could not give me the correct number to Uhaul, and didn't tell me that The fees were already charged. I will be contacting you further regarding these issues. This was a very difficult experience.

U haul listed hours and store hours did not match. Also equipment rented was not available.
