I ordered 12 furniture pads and did not get any. I was still charged for them. The utility dolly seal was already gone when I got the truck and I got charged for it. The truck interior had trash in it from the previous renter.

I have ordered dolly appliances but didn't find it in the back of truck at the pick up date, that make me carried out my stuff without it and got pain in my back.

Jibola BasorunTruck was clean but had a crack pipe laying on back bumper I had to dispose of. Biggest issue was customer service lady inside. Honestly the rudest person I've ever dealt with and I rent a lot of U-Hauls . My truck ran good and had no issues with the truck itself
Jo ClarkMake improvements in the cabin to reduce the noise of the engine. After several hours of driving under 60 M/h, it feels discomfort from the noise.
ricardo acunaThe mgmt at the facility was excellent however the UHAUL online app to do the rental didnt not work properly so the manager had to physically go into the system to get us the keys and etc. I would say be sure and get the phone number of the manager at this facility just in case you have any problems with the UHAUL app. She (Naomi) is very customer service oriented.
David Wymancab was a bit dirty and the model was probably the oldest we've ever rented. Location and check-out were easy and service was great!
