I had to call for three days straight to confirm they received the uhaul because no one made contact with me. I had to call the 1800 number which I was told that the rental wasn't processed yet, and after it was, they would be able to further assist me. I was told to then call the store in the morning, I called in the morning, but did not get an answer. Forgot about it because I work. Call back the next day was told that the U-Haul was not found repeated this step. Today is Saturday, September 23, (U-Haul was returned on the 18th) I received an email with an attachment bill of $65 for an additional day of rental! Like wtf!! I just called over to the store explain to them how I drop the truck off and took pictures, and I am now being told that they will have to look over the accounts and "see" what they can do about it!!

Manuel CaceresAbsolutely terrible experience by the manager Rendon. He was rude and disrespectful. He literally refused to give me a U-Haul because I accidentally went on the property of the storage facility since my navigation took me there . He also lied and charged me a cleaning fee after checking the car in 10 days after drop off and said that I left the car dirty when I did not : he said he found papers 10 days after I dropped the car off which is why he charged me a fee . I don't recommend this place . He was rude. He had the worst attitude ever

Olufunmilayo OdusanwoBe sure that you have your location turned on your phone (apparently there's a common issue with Iphones (per the customer service person I had to call at 7am) in order to start/complete the "quick" check in process and get the code to the key lockbox. It took 30 minutes and that was after I did the preliminary check in the night before.

AHMAD SULEIMANNot real information about the payments. I rented a car 2 days. Every day $39 and some cents + the $24 of insurance + fees and took from my card almost $200.We returned the car in good condition and with the tank with the same amount of gas.Why the overpayment?

Richard FloresI was pulled over, given a warning because the fucking truck had no license plates. Truck also had 1/4 tank in it when I picked it up, went to the gas station, mistakenly filling it costed me a $100 bucks. Sure I won't get that back but was charge an extra $135 for returning truck that no one uses after hours…. What a great company!

Sade EvesThe truck had a lot of missed pieces. Like it was coming apart. Not only that, but the truck was parked between two bigger trucks and it was extremely difficult getting it out. On top of that, i was charged for a dolly I never even received and when I asked them to remove it, they still didn't. Very poor experience

MURPHY MCGILL1st time ever using the self check app and it worked great. When I returned the truck,I had an issue returning the truck on the app. I asked the worker when am I doing wrong. She bearly assisted me and left the property for the day.

TRACY WILBURNWhen I dropped off my keys yesterday 6/10/2021 @ 10:20 am, the black girl at the front desk was extremely rude. I was asking questions about my rental cost because we were charged but it was showing a different amount when I turned my keys is and she was very short and seemed to have an attitude. I didn't like that and she does not represent your company that very well.
