You took extra money from me. I left gasoline in the car and left more, I have photographic records. But I was still charged for gas. This is not fair. and customer service is very bad. I cannot reach anyone by phone. I talked to a lady and she was interested in other things and didn't care about me.

JERRY tThis location has served me well in the past, however this last experience was very poor! The equipment was not ready for pick up as promised and as set forth in my rental agreement. This was extremely disappointing particularly given I received an email from U Haul approximately 24 hours prior to the expected pick up time indicating the equipment was available and guaranteed for delivery at 10:00am. The equipment was not ready at this location at 10:00am. It arrived at 11:15am and by the time it was entered back into inventory and available for rent, it was 12:00pm. This resulted in 2 hours of lost time and when considering the rental was for a pick up at one location and drop at another location 1600 miles away, this delay completely disrupted a planned cross country drive resulting in traffic delays due to rush hours through city areas and changes to my lodging. The explanation from your call center and from the dealership that "we're trying our best and apologize", comes up short. A company in the business of Moving, should understand the importance of scheduling!
