People beware to always read every tiny detail. Because this place will trick you. We had rented a storage on line . A unit that had three door with different numbers ! Meaning we were send a letter with our unit number but it was so confusing because the unit had 3 different doors! The crazy thing was each door had a different number one of the numbers was my door/number. So I called to cancel because I didn't feel safe leaving my belongings there. They were very rude and difficult to get thru with our refund. It said on the app we were going to get charged the amount/plus insurance but never an additional $30 please again beware! We will never us or recommend this place to no one God Bless Be Safe

Khatijah K. | ReservationThe grounds were undeveloped, tight and not easily accessible. . I had difficulty attempting to slide the door to the unit…rusty and needed lubricating. The unit had a hole in the roof. When I attempted to speak to someone in the office, there was a sign that explained the office is unmanned. When I called the customer service person was very nice and understanding, but….Needless to say, I did not put my belongings inside that space. I was forced to rent another storage unit at another facility!

The office is unmanned and I had my UHaul truck for a limited time, full of my belongings. I had to rent another unit from Extra Storage next door. Hopefully I'll get my refund for my first month's rent from Acworth Storage. Frustrated and stressed.
