Terrible!!! We rented with this place through uhaul. Showed up to move some things in (date and time confirmed on the confirmation email), uhaul truck full, at the gate and NO ONE is there. No one answers the phone. What were we supposed to do with all of our stuff?? This was such an expensive experience we will NEVER give uhaul another try. Much less this storage. Uhaul did nothing but pass the blame to the storage place and would not take any ownership over who they contract with. They did absolutely nothing to make any of it right and we, of course, never heard from the owner of albertville storage either.
