Gate seemed to always be down. So anybody could just go in. I don't believe there was any cameras inside the building either. But either way I'm not complaining. I was given a lock so I just trust that alone to keep myself safe. But this might be a big deal to you if your looking for top security.

Patrick C. | Overall ExperienceThe staff was great but I don't know if they realize the situation with the buildings. Accessibility to the inside units to bring in large items is ridiculously narrow and difficult to make turns. The carts are small and not sturdy. We had to opt for outside storage. Without the climate control we found our items wet in less than a month. Bugs in some boxes when we opened them and clearly a rodent had been in the spice box and eaten through. It was a mess and creepy. We had to toss all the contents.

I asked twice for the name of the insurance company you provided and staff never provided info. They did send maintenance guy out to verify, and he agreed, said I had a valid claim if there was any damage.
JOHN V. | Overall ExperienceThis was a horrible experience! We rented and paid for a unit and when we arrived with our load the unit they assigned us to was rented to someone else. The first employee we spoke to was very rude. They tried to assign us to another unit that was filthy with roaches and spiders. Then the last option was driving through a dirty creek of muddy water on back side. Needless to say we ask for a refund and had to find another location the next day. Do not rent from this place.
