Having my tailer there was great up to the point of removing it. Once i cancelled my storage bacause i sold the trailer, they charged me 2 more times and when I requested a refund for the two extra mths charged, its been one excuse after another and out right lieing about doing it. I am at the point now where I doubt i will ever see my money back and for this reason alone, will never recommend this storage facitity to anyone.
