Rats, and mice and Bugs got in and ate my furniture and the floor was wet. Stuff got moldy even things packed in totes. My recliners were destroyed even in the furniture bags that were supposed to be mouse proof. Location near the river is not a good recommendation. Facility should tend to the rats and mice and bugs better.

The staff was always professional and helpful when needed. The grounds driving into and out of the gate were always clean. Our possessions were always dry, no leaks in the units. However the amount of rat and mouse waste inside our two units was horrendous. We only stored office furniture, metal partitions, fabric partitions... many items were ruined due to the urine and droppings destroying the finish. Thank you.
