I didn't appreciate being locked out my storage unit.. TWICE!!!!!

Waneta H | First ImpressionsI felt a bit duped initially because the actual storage is in a different location to the office (1.5 miles away). However, Jose was helpful and kind during all interactions and even gave me an extra lock for enhanced security. I did not stay the entire month. Moved my items into a Uhaul "pod" instead). I wish I would have been able to get some money back on my initial unit to put toward the "pod" I feel that this time Uhaul was not particularly good to me as a faithful patron. And you can see from records that I have been a great customer this past year (2023-2024) in Binghamton. I also left the unit swept and tidy.
Dana M | Overall ExperienceThere were mouse or rat feces all over everything. There was also a deceased rat in the front corner that wasn't there when we put our things in. I do have pictures if needed.
elizabeth a | Overall ExperienceAll of my beautiful belongings have been destroyed eaten up by river rats going into the storage area and rain water damages on my belongings and over charging me 🤬
CHARISE A | First ImpressionsThe only downfall is trying to get anyone at either location (Front st, OR Chenango st) on the phone!! If you want to talk to anyone regarding anything, you have to go in person. For someone who works a lot, this was difficult and kind of annoying in all honesty. Overall, my experience wasn’t bad.
Erin E | Overall ExperienceI found water damage, broken glass light pendant, rat poop. I have not been through all my boxes yet to find out what else may be wrong. Very disappointed.
SUZANNE C | Overall ExperienceRats ate the brand new zero turn lawn mower we had stored. Still trying to get it fixed. Hundreds of dollars worth of damage. Planning to file a claim as soon as it’s completed. Door on unit doesn’t work well. Had told the staff when we first rented the unit.
