On July 19, 2024 I needed to remove some boxes from my storage unit on the 2nd floor. The elevator wasn’t working. I walked over to the office + was told to use the stairs (which were full of spider webs I had to cut thru). I’m 68 + 2 flights of stairs carrying boxes was very hard for me. I went back to the office to ask the manager how long the elevator would be broken. He (not Austen) was beligerent + told me it wasn’t his fault that The floors were being polished, which caused the fire suppression system to turn off, which caused the elevators to shut off. I have now moved my property to another facility where I can walk straight in and use a dolly to remove boxes as I need them.
BETH S | Overall ExperienceNot a complaint just being to your attention. Back side of the property could stand cleaning Trash bags tossed out months ago still there along with tree debris. Again not complaining just a heads up!! Thank you for your service we still have 4 units there.

KENDRICK M | First ImpressionsI couldn’t use the lock I brought. They provided a free one but I didn’t have a knife or scissors to cut the packaging. Also I could not cut the green ziptie off the door. When I tried to call The front desk I kept getting an automated answer. I never got a hold of the front desk before they left for the night. I was trying to unload an entire 10 foot U-Haul before the facility closed.

Haley Radcliff, the GM, helped me when I initially rented my unit and helped me when it came time to rent a trailer and ultimately conclude my contract as I was moving out of state. Every interaction I've had with her has been 5 stars. She is personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Modern, well-equipped storage facilities are common. People like Haley are not. She elevates the experience and there is no doubt she is a genuine credit to your company. Thank you!
