Joyce Peets | First ImpressionsAfter paying 159 for my storage, my code was denied and I was left in the storm with all my belongings. Due to not being able to access my storage because of my code, I had to extend the time frame of my uhaul truck, which cost more money! After contacting the customer Service location, they tried to assist but my code started working. Now today of 02/19/2024, I went to my storage to gather some of my belongings and my code was denied AGAIN causing me to damage my items because I was not able to store them in the storage that I already paid for. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered and I would not even recommend this place to m worst enemy.

tammy Butler | Overall ExperienceThis storage facility was infested with rats. Running on the beams in the ceiling from one unit to the next as they please. Chewed up my furniture and mattresses and clothes. That rat problem needs to be dealt with.

Floyd Matteson | Overall ExperienceFirst of all, the unit leaked and ruined dozens of un-replaceable old pictures. Bigger problem: we vacated in November (and notified them), got charged for December anyway; literally spent hours on the phone trying to get credit for improper charge. Finally, was told we were given a credit. Turned out we didn't get a credit, but got charged AGAIN! Made multiple call with no resolution. Now challenging charges through credit card company. Horrible experience.

I am not a fan of uncontrolled climate storage units, as I know that the heat can damage items but considering there was only 2 of us to unload and we had been up all night and was very tired, I didnt have the patience or time to look for another place. I also think that the cost of the unit is very high compared to units that are climate controlled that I have in MN that are alot less costly.

Michael Pernal | First ImpressionsI can't decide whether I'd recommend this or not, because although the staff was friendly and the hours are convenient, it is all very expensive snd every time I had to call I was on hold for anywhere between 13 and 45 minutes. No one at local offices answers, it all bets routed through corporate headquarters which is frustrating. I chose this as storage because of the one month free, but my unit costs almost 50 % more than another facility nearby which has climate control.
