Our locker was close to the loading dock and very much appreciated. The storage was only needed for a short time. The customer service was great. Emails was received for every transaction. After booking my reservation online a week in advance, the old lady at the front desk told us there were no units left as if it was our fault. She rerouted us to some other uhaul and gave absolutely no care to the fact that the incompetence of her facility had created such an issue for us. The place itself was beat down but nothing near as bad as that witch.
