Management did not return calls nor answer consistently during office hours. A lock was placed on my unit for not payment incorrectly and then they tried to cover it up as if it wasn't an error on managements side . They tried to edit payment dates to make it appear as it was not their error in placing the lock . They tried to charge me after I moved out when I was not to be charged due to the error in placing a lock incorrectly on my unit causing me not to be able to empty my unit before the next billing cycle . Staff is unprofessional and unhelpful as well as poor communication with customers
