Daniel M. | Overall ExperienceThe owner bait and switched me on a unit. He signed me up for a unit for $150 a month and began charging my card $218. When I called about it several times no one returned my calls. I finally contacted a manager and was told the owner didn't want to do anything about it. I moved into another facility 2 miles away that has better hours and is $100 cheaper per month with protection insurance! I highly recommend not using this facility.
barry m. | Overall ExperienceI would not recommend renting a unit from this storage facility. My entire unit had extensive water damage destroying my entire belongings and I wasn't compensated any money from their insurance company. In addition there were rats that chewed through my clothes and boxes. Worst experience that I ever had. Never again. The least they could have done was compensate me but of course they didnt!!
