COREY H | Overall ExperienceThe front desk lady insisted she did not see a reservation for me and I got there at 12:50 and she refused to service me. I was there with a uhaul full of furniture with no where to put it. I had to find somewhere to go and ended up 40 minutes out the way. What would’ve been a 4 minute commute and 1 mile drive turned into a 40 minute commute extra mileage and more time . I needed up laying or to extend my day and I still have to rent another truck because it put us behind schedule. Uhaul still has not resolved this
