DrStacy C. | Overall ExperienceFor the most part, I'm extremely happy with my year's experience with this facility. However, I do have some not so great moments to mention. Firstly, as my time was coming to an end, I requested over the phone for what to do come the beginning of September, and explained my moving situation to the team. I was told I would get a follow-up call from management, to which I did and he assured me I wouldn't need to pay for September's rent, as I was moving out just days after the 1st. I assumed it was handled. Well, come the 1st of September, I was charged for the entire month. It really messed up my moving plans, and overcharged my account. I tried calling multiple times -and each representative I spoke with had 0 idea what I was referencing. They would even say "no one notated your account". As someone that has worked in customer service for years and even at call centers -this is not good. It is poor communications that made things way more of a hassle for all parties than was needed. I eventually gave up and contacted my bank regarding the charge since I was assured time and time again that it would be resolved. But, besides all that, I am fairly happy with the condition of most of my items and how they were stored.

No one could get in and the sole employee didn't show up until 9am. On our move in day, we had a reservation to pick up a uhaul. Arrived to a dark and closed office with no one to be found. Called uhaul to be told that 380 storage had canceled our reservation and didn't bother to notify us.
