You’ll don’t verify information at all it seems. I’ve been getting texts and emails that belong to someone else. I’ve called several times locally and nationally regarding this issue and yet I still get texts. Fewer emails though.

I unfortunately fell behind and had a late balance for my unit. I paid my storage and all fees over the phone with Stephanie the day before a holiday. I stopped by on my way home and was unable to access my unit because there was still a red tag and lock on it as though I hadn't paid. The office not only closed early that day, but was closed for both the next day holiday and the Sunday. I had a an important gift I was storing there among a few other important things. She neglected to remove the red tag before leaving early for the holiday weekend. It was very frustrating, disappointing and I was very angry. I get that my payment was late, but I even confirmed my access was restored by catching up and she said of course.
Employees always conducted themselves professionally and polite. Very friendly and helpful.
Really appreciate my experience with uhaul. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the future.
Recommend a better gate system. A few times I went the gate was not functioning correctly and I had to notify the office staff.
