there is a reason U-Haul is tops, they can't be beat from getting you in, and getting you out. the crew was friendly, look out for you and helps you out wether in person or on phone. two thumbs up to the crew thay helped me out!!! it looks like i may be a life time customer.
great staff, super clean facility, a tad bit pricey, but for climate control, cant miss.
i never used the storage unit and you keep trying to bill me whats that about i have talked to you four times and i keep getting nowhere. you even sent letters to my deceased friend.
When we checked in the girl that checked us in smelled like a pot factory and my daughter who was waiting with me just looked at me and as we left she also commented about the smell. And another day we went to get some stuff out and her and another employee came from the side of office building and you could smell the pit in the air. One girl was heavy set and the other middle set. The young lady who worked on the weekend was very well mannered and a delightful person she should be the manager.

The only thing we had problems with, is getting someone to answer the phone during the week. Some of us do not have access to computers Fortunately, today we do.
The lady that helped set up the truck rental and storage unit at this location was awesome! She went above and beyond on fixing what would have been a bad experience due to an online truck and storage unit reservation done online, which had wrong address to pick up truck rental. I don't recall her name, but Thank You! for her service.
