I actually deferred a friend from doing business with you guys. I got all of my thing out of the unit on Jan 21st except for a mattress and box spring that was picked up on Jan 30th. I called on the 31st and left a voicemail to let yall know that I had gotten everything out at that point so I would not be charged on the 1st. It shows yall are open on Sundays. I was still charged on the first after all my things were out. I received two text messages from 803-399-0906. One said Ms. Gardner I received your VM. Please go to the following link to fill out the Refund Request for the Feb rent charge. Once I receive it back I will verify the unit and do the MO. Thank you and I received a link. Well not long after Eric called me and hes been rude the past two times I have spoken to him. He said I received your VM about a refund and I was told not to refund you. For starters my VM was not about a refund it was stating that I had all my things out of the unit and that I didn't want to be charged. He was very rude and adamant about not giving me a refund. His reason was that I didn't call before office hours ended which in fact I did but noone answered so I had to leave a VM. I will not be doing business with you any more and I will make sure I don't refer them to anyone for storage needs just because this experience was so bad. I have been with you guys for at least a year and I should not have been charged for Feb when I had all my things out of the unit.
