Storage units are new, clean and well maintained. The driveways are new and well maintained. Billing is convenient. The location was excellent for me.

Called/texted/&emailed and got no response for months so I couldn't cancel. I called U-Haul direct last month, they got in touch with a "manager" from there and they told me I was good to go. I then got a late fee. I moved out in October, not December! Terrible customer service!
