The staff here is so friendly and helpful and the facility is squeaky clean! I highly recommend this place! Lori C
lori c. | Overall ExperienceI rented the unit online, but had to provide proof of homeowners insurance before using the unit, and I also needed some supplies. The young man who helped me at the counter this time was excellent - professional, courteous, everything he should have been. He also voluntarily helped me take the supplies I purchase to my car without me asking for help. I didn't get his name, but in the future I'll pay attention to names so that I can comment on specific people. As far as the storage facility goes, I used it for several months in 2021-2022. Obviously, I wouldn't keep a storage unit for that long or rent again this year if I was not perfectly satisfied with my experiences.

Sandra M. | Overall ExperienceLights go off way too quickly. Alarm went off every single time my unit was opened. Need a card to use the restroom? My card was not working on the afterhours clock. Charging to use the dumpster to clean out our unit? The guy who installed my hitch on my car was not friendly, did not even try to communicate well and was rude. All in all the only reason for not giving it a one star was the ability to book online and terminate online. This place has a lot to fix - start with the alarm system it is unacceptable
