THOMAS Y. | Overall ExperienceShortly after I moved in to the storage unit, I was charged a late fee. With a hectic long-distance move with multiple trips, all my accounts being changed, etc, I thought I had set it up on automatic draft. When I realized this, I called to pay it, and set up automatic draft. Later the same day, I read an email from Pego stating that the late fee would be waived if I set up automatic draft. So I immediately called back asking them to honor that offer, but they refused. I told them I would move out asap if they did not honor their statement. They did not care if they lost a customer. So they got the $30 late fee but lost $96,5/month indefinitely. Poor customer service.
