i rented a unit for $54+ from a helpful young lady, left the facility and returned home. Then I realised that the Unit I had chosen in the facility would not be suitable. I tried to rearrange the unit over the phone, the young lady advised me that she was unable to see what was available and what was not.
Consequently I returned a little later to the facility to rearrange the rental and the female customer service rep, Carol, was little more than unpleasant. She was rude, curt and unhelpful. She claimed that the price I had been quoted in the morning of $59+, and that was also listed on the website, was not the price of the unit I requested in place of the original one. She claimed that it was $69+ and had always been that price. She offered no explanation for the price hike of $10, other than that it was the original price. I left and immediately found another provider, with a site manager who has had some customer service training and knows how to employ it. I am happily ensconced at that site
Bad choice of employee, U-Haul. I will not return to your facility for any service or product. I will also share my experience with anyone who wants to know where to store their belongings for a lengthy-term (12 months +)
