This was a very pleasant experience. The facility is very well lit, safe and convenient. The owner/manager and his staff were very friendly and always helpful. I will use the facility again if the need arises. I would highly recommend this U-Haul storage facility to anyone needing to rent one. Thanks to all staff.

He also helped fix the ball on my hitch so that trailers would rest higher up and not drag the chains… something several other locations failed to notice! Excellent and helpful service. I just hope they get the access gate fixed soon…

Randall L. | Overall Experiencethe staff at this location are very unprofessional - the site is very dirty and gross, they have hardly any carts - and when you use the call button to get assistance you don’t get any help - the phones go hours without being answered and when they are you’re not even greeted you’re immediately placed on hold without even saying “thank you for calling u-haul can I place you on a brief hold. instead they place you hold not say a word and the phone remains on hold for a very long time. the site seems to be very under staffed. the site needs to be reevaluated and have their team members who are there trained on basic skills such as customer service. and just be more professional, it’s lacking A LOT of things that I wish I knew before giving this location my money for 4 months. it got so bad to the point where I choose a different location about an additional 20 minutes away
