John B. | Overall ExperienceEmerald coast storage needs to be removed from uhaul as it does not adhere to the same values. My experience has been a nightmare! This company falsely advertised the second month free. I was charged and they added late fees to the free month. After 6 calls 12 emails and several texts. They accused me of being wrong and asking for free money. I provided my bank statement showing the payment. I spoke to the manager Freddy several times and he would make up a different story each time. It got so ridiculous that I had to dispute the overcharged with my bank and open a fraud claim with the better business bureau. I moved out immediately after I realized they would go to extremes to scan people out of extra money.

And my storage was under 50, 3rd when i opened my storage, there was bugs galore, millions of baby spiders, hornet nest on the top of the outside door i got stung my grand daughter got stung! This is the saddest poorest storage ,, got a screw in my tire on my way out! All my stuff is jammed into the back of my truck, its much safer there, my 350$ Christmas tree box is ruined! Moldy box im livid, i wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy! For real!
