To start the ceiling caved in on my unit & it was SEVERELY INFESTED with vermin mainly huge rats. They ate through 90 % of my belongings including furniture. The owner Daniel was rude from day one until I left. To start he wanted me to sign documents that I already signed at the start of my rental with the nice young lady at the front desk. He followed me up & down the isle but I told him I was not going to sign the "same" paperwork I did in the office (didn't make sense to me). Then every time I called no matter what the circumstances it ended in him hanging up in my face, including to try to rent a Uhaul to get my things out after the rats. I had to go to another facility to rent. I wish I would have known these things BEFORE I left my property in the facility, before it was extremely infested. After realizing it was infested. He tried to rush me to inventory the damage but I made him aware he never offered me another unit to transfer my belongings to make it easier, as I still needed a space waiting for the closing of my home, his response was "YEAH…" I'm very disappointed & severely inconvenienced because I made a mistake using this facility. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND it.

My memory was jumbled....and I'd forget my storage payment because I was not notified .....I relyed on phone messages and mail from my other bills....but I got NOTHING FROM A/O, and paid late charges when I caught it up They repeatedly said they mailed me my statements....but I only recieved one statement last year......and that was after I caught rent up! I Paid it and moved out! Never again
