Arrived to my storage unit and found it locked and in use. Couldn't find anyone on the premises and tried for 45 minutes to get a hold of someone via the app and phone numbers. Couldn't reach anyone. Had to drive full truck during already hectic moving day to the U-Haul across town, adding mileage and using extra gas just to find a U-Haul employee who could help us. Hours-long delay. I was frustrated and unsure I could even get a storage unit after the first one I rented wasn't available

While I loved the pull in and out and the security, the lack of customer service resulted in my moving to a brand not only closer to my home but who has provided customer service on site in these months of moving my storage items. With the prior brand ownership, I had no intention of moving sites.

Once U Haul took over the property each time I returned to the property the office was unoccupied. The facility was clean and well lit but I did not feel safe entering alone.

Also there weren’t any designated parking spots available so I parked in front of the entrance. .
