Everything was great until I got behind in my payments which was fully my fault but the communication was totally off because they made me believe they auctioned off my unit way sooner then it was they sent me an email saying it was being aunction in July but it never was until January because they had to put a lien against it first so when I found that out it was too late because by then the lien was put in and it was actually being auctioned off and the amount owed I couldn’t afford to pay the next day after finding all this out so that was definitely a big problem for me because if I would’ve known my stuff was still there I could’ve paid a lot sooner and I’m sure a lot less so if you all actually read these comments maybe this will help with better communicating the steps of the auction process sending emails months prior to an actual auctioning is not the right thing to do I don’t know if that’s what you do to everyone or if it was a mistake but it was done so that’s something to be aware of and pay better attention to next time. Anyhow it was an decent unit it’s outside so you do have place things in a certain way to not be on the ground and you have to make sure you have pest repellent to protect your things as well.
