Jean S. | Overall ExperienceWe feel that the facility was not secure because our motorhome was broken in to and all storage handles were broken and opened. We are not sure what was taken. One of the catalytic converters were cut off. All a total of $1 000 of damage. We feel Bropfs should cover part of it. Also, we moved out on 10-9-2022 and contacted Bropfs that day and were told quote "We don't have a way give you a refund of rest of the rent" what they should have said we will not give you a refund. We will tell everyone we know to go so where else to store their unit.

We were there for many years and satisfied with the facility but after the camper's window and antenna was broken off, we decided to move to a storage facility closer to our new home.
