I have been with this facility for many years. When I moved out (June 18th) they would not prorate my balance of 12 days paid rent but I was prorated when I moved in. When I contacted the regional manager her response was "that is our policy" I had 3 units at this facility. One unit was broken into and over $6000 worth of tools were stolen.(no resolve or answer from management)(bad security or inside job?) A second unit was burned down by bad wiring or someone living in a nearby unit and over $10 000 of furniture and appliances lost (no resolve from the facility). The walls between units are made of Masonite. I had a neighboring tenant cut a hole through the wall into my unit to get his cat back? This was brought up with the manager at the time and she said nothing. My insurance company has not been happy. I would not recommend this facility until they finish all the upgrades that they are just now started to do under new management.
